Shipping

All orders are shipped by land via specialized couriers in the transport of furniture and bulky items. Delivery times may vary based on destination and product availability.

Standard delivery takes place to the nearest point reachable by truck, usually at street level. The courier is not required to carry the product inside the building, climb stairs or use elevators. For particularly bulky or heavy items, it may be necessary to rely on specialized third-party companies for internal handling, commissioned to bring the product inside the home or to the upper floors.

Upon request, we can provide assistance in organizing this additional service; any extra costs will be communicated before booking.

All products are shipped assembled or in easy-to-assemble mode, using common tools.
Assembly instructions, when necessary, are always included in the package.
