All orders are shipped by land via specialized couriers focused on furniture and bulky items. Delivery times may vary based on destination and availability.

Standard delivery is to the nearest point reachable by truck, usually at street level. The courier is not required to carry products inside the building or handle stairs. For bulky or heavy items, we recommend specialized handling services to bring the product inside your home or to upper floors.

Upon request, we can assist in organizing this additional service; extra costs will be communicated prior to booking.

All products are shipped either assembled or in an easy-to-assemble format using common tools.
Assembly instructions, where necessary, are always included.
