Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returns for purchases made through e-commerce are accepted only if the product is intact, never used and still in its original packaging, complete with labels and accessories. Items opened, tried, damaged or without the original packaging cannot be refunded.

To start the procedure, write to customercare@texstyleitalia.com indicating the order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide you with all the necessary information.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Upon request, we can take care of the organization of transport via courier: the cost of the service will be communicated in advance and charged to the customer.

Once the product is received and its compliance verified, we will proceed with the refund on the original payment method.
