Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted if the product is intact, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories. Items that have been opened, tested, damaged, or are missing original packaging cannot be refunded.

To initiate a return, email customercare@texstyleitalia.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon request, we can organize transport via courier: the service cost will be communicated in advance and charged to the customer.

Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
